We have recently released the new vintage of Criseo Bolgheri DOC Bianco, 2021.
This vintage is of extraordinary complexity, a great aged white. It has notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, hydrocarbons, yeast, truffle, vanilla, beeswax , … It has a splendid balance: it is full-bodied but always with a good freshness.
It is a wine to combine with dishes of a certain intensity, both vegetarian and fish.
