As of this month, the new 2021 vintage of our Atis Bolgheri DOC Superiore is finally available. This wine is the summa of Bolgheri’s history, the expression of our best vineyard parcels in the most modern style of our Appellation. At the same time it is a wine of terroir, born in the vineyard, vinified in an artisanal and careful way, without corrections or cellar modifications. We age it in barrels that are not new.
