Grassing in: soil management around the vines is important for a correct operation of the vineyard.

We have gone for the most natural end effective choice, that is to keep the land under the vines grassed.

This is because in the wettest seasons excessive water and nutrition levels will be avoided (the grass competing with the vines), whilst in summer, when water becomes scarce, the grass dries up naturally.
