The cellar

In such a beautiful and pristine corner of nature it was unthinkable to build a cellar that was not as unassuming as possible.
The cellar is thus hidden beneath a low hill, covered over with olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. Being completely underground allows us to maintain in a natural manner and all year round conditions appropriate to wine storage.
